We want you to love our luxury pieces and as we know, looking at something on a screen doesn’t always guarantee a 100% fit. As such, we will be offering a 7-day in home guarantee. If you don’t love it, let us know and we will allow you to exchange it for another product.

Note, additional freight charges will be incurred in order to provide an exchange. Please ensure the item is fully protected, in its original packaging to ensure the item is not damaged in transit.

Shipping: Can I collect my order?

If the item is in stock, your item can be collected from our Warehouse in Sydney. Please contact us via EMAIL to schedule collection.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide to all metro areas, within 50kms of the CBD, Monday to Friday.

All freight and shipping charges are paid directly to the provider and as such, are non-refundable.
